I ran out of my usual palm oil and asked my girl to get small bottled palm oil from the nearby market. It looked good but the first time I cooked with it, my soup looked darker than usual and tasted funny so I didn’t use it after that day. For the second one, which is my current palm oil, even after mixing it so well, I can’t see any tint. I think that’s how it should be. Cousins , please stay safe.
