This is how I automated my agency’s creative reporting using @ChatGPT Work: What used to take me 3-4 hours per client… now only takes me 20 minutes. Finally.  1. First, we selected our data-source. We decided to do a direct connection to Meta Ads (read access only) via Meta for Developers so that it could be as hands-off as possible. It was a littttttttle techy, but if I can do this, truly anyone can. You can also use Funnel.IO, Supermetrics, or even a Google Sheet of data if you’d prefer. 2. Then I developed a plugin skill to format the decks in the exact way that I wanted. For years I’ve had a specific structure for this that clients really enjoy. The flow goes like this: Overall business metrics MoM > Platform updates > Benchmarking data > Top Performing Creative Breakdown > Creative Learnings > Competitor Watch > Creative Winners from Other Brands > Next Steps The plugin skill allows me to make this kind of deck anytime on command. 3. Built scheduled tasks for each brand. Now once a month a ChatGPT Work workflow gets triggered: first it starts by gathering the data for each brand, formatting it into the correct deck template using the plugin skill, and then it sends the deck directly in Slack to our internal team for the final touches.
