Avoid crushing the tissue to preserve histological architecture. 🔹 Step 5: Wound Closure Only close in two layers if no infection. – Dermis: 3-0 undyed Vicryl, interrupted sutures. – Epidermis: 5-0 Vicryl subcuticular continuous + Steri-strips or glue. Optional: 6-0 nylon interrupted at skin edges for added support. 🔹 Step 6: Suture Removal – Remove interrupted sutures in 8–10 days. – If near joints, reinforce with Steri-strips. – Nylon continuous sutures may remain for up to 14 days. #health #bacsi_son #benigntumor
