@avalonadvisory: How do you get a Trade Licence in Kampala? Let’s break it down! If you’re running a business in Kampala, here’s the basic process: 1️⃣ Get your business documents ready including your registration details and required identification. 2️⃣ Get your City Operator Identification Number (COIN). If you’re a new business, you can apply for one through KCCA’s eCitie system. 3️⃣ Log into KCCA eCitie and select Trade License Application. 4️⃣ Add your business details and submit the application. 5️⃣ Register the payment and generate your Payment Reference/Advice Form. 6️⃣ Go to KCCA offices to confirm the COIN and Pay the assessed Trade Licence fee through the available KCCA payment channels. 7️⃣ Once payment is confirmed, obtain and print your Trade Licence certificate ⚠️ And remember: having a registered business does not automatically mean you have a Trade Licence.
