700-900/sq foot should be the reasonable price

Seeing the 1 bedroom units at places like 85 Bloor W, now sitting at $420., just south of $600/sqft. No 2 bedrooms on the market. They were asking an insane $800k. Even though the second bedrooms only fit a single bed.

My question is why would you buy at $2,000 / SF ? When the resale market was never there? Real estate agents are greedy!

I was living at 110 Charles east ITS A MESS. The elevator work 1 week out of the month. The parking ramp is always under construction or dysfunctional, the concierge harassed me and the police had to get involved, I even over heard prop management get bribed by contractors once. It’s a mess avoid.also your package routinely get “lost”.
