Unpopular opinion but the show didn’t really show any reason Annie would have feelings for Ellis… or really vice versa. I like him better than Rory but there was no building of connection beyond him making her a few presents, and she didn’t really do anything for him to believable fall for her until after it was established there were feelings. Rory and her had heaps more screen time and a believable buildup comparitively imo

I love the fact that Rory was not going to be an asshole. A girl having two perfect options. Now it’s going to be HER decision to choose who she wants and who she’s in love with. I hate the fact that the main character get together with the other guy just because the other guy was an asshole. It minimize what being in love is.
