Transferred from a department that had virtual training, on the job instructors, and numerous work instructions for reference to another department that has a little on the job instruction and zero work instructions (forms but no instructions). My supervisor a few times has said “I have been doing this for 26 years so I think I know what I am doing.” When I try to find a document for direction or reference they interrupt me and mirco-manage me in a super condescending manner.
