Tina Hodges113 :

do I have one of these? no am I getting one? no did I watch the whole thing? ABSOLUTELY. Thank you Bro Robin you explained that extra well!!

❌️Joey❌️ :

that adapter is 5/16ths why not a drop oil refrigerant oil in the flare fittings. And not many people has all the equipment to do this. 18 years in the trade. this is not a homeowner job. unless you want to buy a vacuum pump gauges flare tools and a certification for the refrigerant not to mention that a2l system comes factory charged for the length of lineset they sent. you cut it down. which means you need to recover some refrigerant most likely so yes guys buy a recovery tank and an apion G5 or better recovery system.

Billy Middleton :

u still need to pull a vacuum an u need to know how to cut the copper instead of having them rolled up u gotta pressure test it b4 u release the charge dont do this ur self if ur not a professional

amberscott886 :

Is this how you cool your house?

Happy hollow will :

5/16 adapter

Brian 4960 :

Great vid. Guys.

Gunner :

as an HVAC mechanic, the way he does this doesn't require brazing. some applications you'll need to add refrigerate lines, and thats a whole different setup. Remember they're pre charged from the factory with enough refrigerate to fill the supplied line set for proper filling at 25 ft. If more line set (copper pipes for refrigerate) is needed, of course you'll need to add more refrigerate. Anyways, great video. the great thing about these mini splits vrs a window unit, these are serviceable. and they are very efficient.

jennifersmith4786 :

Good Lord! I would never get all this right. Good blessing you have brother Robin.
