I made a mistake once I drank three of my 1.9 L bottles in about three hours felt like I was going to die couldn’t pick my head up. Couldn’t walk. Turns out. I had literally no sodium in me chugged a LMNT packet after hours of not knowing what was wrong and I was brought back to life.
