As a parent if I knew something was off there is no way on Gods green earth would I bring my child back to that person. Oh wait that’s exactly what I did! Call me picky no I know what abuse and neglect looks like! What these parents saw oh cheap day care and when they caught the day care running an illegal business oh wait hold her accountable no everyone (parents/business) in this situation is responsible
