no offense but you definitely didn't execute this correctly; next time maybe try different shades, lighter/two toned lips, and paler palms? Also I'd suggest changing more than just the skin to make the redesigns more cohesive, especially since the shades of skin you picked for these redesigns don't suit the characters color palettes

the only nat characters i feel this wouldnt work for are seal man ororororor oron (friend stuttered trying to say his name and its stuck lol) and are geo girl the designs would need to be reworked obviously for colour balance and accessories to pop better and some better hair texture choices wouldnt hurt but for the company to just black face a character theyve already made wouldnt fix the issue but thats why mods exist
