A station car from kumasi macro to Techiman is 50 cedis. I got there one time around 4pm. it was only drizzling but they were charging 70cedis. I stood there for minutes because I didn't know what to do. I only had 60cedis on me. I told the mate thinking he'll allow me. he asked me to call someone to add 10cedis. he kept on saying that if it clocked 6pm they'll charge 100cedis so we should be there. I wept so much when I sat in the car. not because of the fact that my money wasn't enough, but it pained me so much that humans could be so brutal

in some parts of the country in night transportation fees goes up example Bibiani for instance from 7:30 pm going. when you are moving from Bibiani to Subri-Nkwanta the taxi 🚕 drivers take double of the fees and that's not all the taxi will be overloaded front i passenger seat will take 2 passengers and the back seat instead of 3 it be 4 with double fees I have experienced it countless times and anytime I try to speak out the drivers and some of the passengers will be exchanging words with 1 man who wants the right thing to be done. when you go to kejetia and you're leaving to tech and it's environs they charge 8cedis and 10cefis instead of cedis. and that's even afternoon not evening. It hurts so much
