not fair, self defense. the law has to take into account intent. attempted murder is a ridiculous charge differentiation, whether attempted and unsuccessful or attempted and successful, the intent was to kill. the opposite is true also, like this case...his intent wasn't to murder, he struck back in defense, his intent was clearly not to kill!

That’s not fare. The customer was wrong. If the customer is not happy with the food, does he have a right to hit worker. That’s not fare.
