I can honestly say that hyperemesis is up there with one of the worst things I’ve experienced. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. If you can, drink electrolytes or lucozade (the orange still one). Also never be afraid to get the jag from the hospital! Sending love. I hope it calms down soon for you x

Hyperemesis is the worse thing I’ve ever experienced I use to think dying would be easier, it literally had me feeling so depressed. Mine passed at 4-5 months. Inshallah it gets easier for u❤️

It’s more then just vomitting. Laying in bed watching the world go on and everyone around you be normal while you’re holding on by a thread takes a toll on you. It gets better just hold on a little longer x

My sister had it sooo bad. She was on a drip constantly. So weak she couldn’t get up. The thing that saved her? Plain ice lollies! They hydrate you and she didn’t feel any sickness after eating them. Just stick to plain ones like orange, lemon etc. Just plain natural fruity flavour popsicles. No weird ones with sprinkles or chocolate or cream or rainbow colours. Etc. They genuinely saved her.

Hypermemis really isn’t spoken about enough! it’s the most mentally ans physically draining thing I’ve ever gone through (still going through). It’s the guilt knowing you can’t keep anything down long enough for your baby, the sadness watching everyone you love do there own thing whilst you are struggling in bed, how drained you are from throwing up and throwing up that much more to the point of severe weakness. hypermemis isn’t just morning sickness, it’s life threatening! I hope everyone who suffers with it knows how BADASS they are.
