I love it. I've always done a kind of version of this, I called it Shop Your Freezer or Shop Your Pantry. I posted about it in the past. Mine was more geared towards not wasting stuff you have and using your existing stuff and then stocking up on cupboard or freezer stuff when it's on special. I always have a lot of the flavour builders in the cupboard and lots of tins/sauces to pull from. I like your idea of the template and adding to your stocks each week. ❤️
