@bijou.mp4: something different to what i usually post, im not sure what happened to the quality of some of the clips 🩷 making a video diary has been one of my most successful coping mechanisms. it’s also great to look back on and see my progress, even if it isn’t always linear. i journal all my emotions, even if im crying, to give myself a reminder that one bad day is just that. these are a few clips of many and im sure there will be a lot more to come 🤍 #fyp #september #suicidepreventionmonth #videodiary #hopecore
