This might sound a bit harsh, but I understand that it’s Sunnah for a man to have up to four wives. However, back then, there were social and practical reasons why polygyny was more normalized. Nowadays, when a man wants four wives, I sometimes question whether it’s really about responsibility and fulfilling the conditions of marriage, or whether he’s simply being driven by lust and desire. As a man, I personally struggle to understand how someone can genuinely love or be deeply interested in multiple women at the same time without lust playing a major role.

the way some people are behaving in this comment section is disgusting. the video is clearly talking about how when adam was alone in this world, god created one woman for him and not a group of friends or four wives. yet somehow people are still turning it into an argument about “men are still allowed to have four wives.” that completely misses the point and the context of the video?
