Over the last few months, I have been dealing with more than I ever expected to face at once. I've been managing a divorce, the sale of my business, two separate stalkers who have threatened my life and the lives of my children, taking on responsibility for my niece, raising my children as a single parent, and caring for ten animals. And then last Friday, I attended court, read my victim statement and came face-to-face with Charlotte's killer. Charlotte wasn't just my best friend. She was my soul sister. I have spent nearly three years carrying that loss, and I thought I was prepared for what Friday would bring. I wasn't. Facing him, reading those words and being forced to confront everything that happened ripped open a part of my grief that I wasn't prepared for. I didn't have the strength to message anyone. I didn't have the words, the energy or the emotional capacity to explain myself. I needed to step away and focus on me, my children Malakai and Alexis, and my nieces Mia and Eve. I know that doesn't change the fact that you booked a reading with me and have been left waiting. For that, I am genuinely sorry. I haven't forgotten you. I haven't forgotten your bookings. And I haven't forgotten the trust you've placed in me. I've taken the time I needed to find my feet again, and I am ready now to put things right. I'm ready to return to my cards, reconnect with my spirit guides and get back to doing what Charlotte always encouraged me to do: Be a Tarot Reader.
