I'm gonna be honest, i thought you'd be the type of influencer who would try to keep up this "perfect" image and make everything sound like sunshine and rainbows but I'm so glad to be proven wrong. so much respect for you

As a mom who quit pumping, your baby needs a happy, present mama more than they need you to pump. Taking care of yourself is taking care of them too 🤍

I became a 4th time mom over the summer and decided to not breastfeed at all. I chose my mental health. Happy mom = Happy babies!! 🤍🥹

Stopped breastfeeding and pumping around a month ago let me tell you best thing for me mentally but that guilt was eating me alive but wouldn’t change a thing 🩵

Is there a reason why you don’t want to share the name?😊 No shame or anything, I’m just curious…

I don’t want to make you feel guilty, I’m sorry it was painful to breastfeed, but yeah it’s bc he’s not latching properly🤱 I took a lactation training and maybe try your best not to give up yet♥️talk to a lactation consultant or educator! Try the football position with baby. You’re doing you best at feeding baby and you’re so strong! But consider breastfeeding one more time♥️it will benefit you and baby. I hope this was encouraging! 🥰

I’m almost 8 weeks postpartum and I was having such a bad time pumping every three hours (I exclusively pump only) so I started progressively starting pumping every five hours and now I pushed it to every seven hours. Honestly probably not the best but it works for me and it’s less stress for me

Felt the same way about BF and pumping!! Did it for around 5-6 weeks but that’s it. Your mental health is more important!

I also want to stop breastfeeding and my baby is 12 weeks old. I almost stopped and felt guilty so I continued :( my baby’s pediatrician kind of pushed me and that made me feel bad

I’m about to have my first baby. What was so hard? Just hormones or stress about being a new mom? I’m getting so nervous.

You’re doing amazing. You being happy/mentally well is more important than breastfeeding!! You have no reason at all to feel guilty 💛

I breastfed for 2.5 years, now she’s 6 and you just taught me what D-MER was and I had it. I never knew what this was until you just mentioned it! Thank you! Keep the awareness going. Much love. 🖤
