@sugarspiceddreams: it’s september 1st!! nutella cookie tutorial ✨ recipe : ½ cup salted butter, browned (113g) ½ cup brown sugar (100g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract 1 large egg (50g) 1 tbsp heavy cream 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour (150g) ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt (1g) ½ cup chocolate chips, plus more for topping ½ cup nutella freeze 6 tbsp portions of nutella brown the butter and add the brown sugar and granulated sugar to a bowl, then pour the warm browned butter over the sugars. whisk until smooth and glossy. add the egg, heavy cream, and vanilla, then whisk until fully combined. add the flour, baking soda, and salt. mix until there are still a few streaks of flour remaining. add the chocolate chips and fold until just combined. divide the dough into 6 large portions. flatten each portion and place a nutella disc in the center. wrap the dough around the nutella and seal completely, then roll into a ball. place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet . bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers still look slightly soft. decorate with chocolate chips then let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring. drizzle with nutella ! enjoy !! #nutella #chocolatechipcookies #Recipe #baking #cookies
