where the flock cameras when you need them... oh I forgot, facing kids at a park, women running alone.. not facing actual traffic or pedestrian areas.. theres footage on the cars on their body cam and if the officers can supply or charge for the footage sue them.. taxpayers pay for the equipment and any footage reports etc are all public record and most reports are free to the public .. sue them for intimidation tactics unlawful use of firearm, harrassment, assault. murder, manslaughter.. go for these crimes one by one other wose its double jeapardy.. con current if the offocers are guilty of any of the crimes that caused the death of this man. sue them on civil suit and the dept for having officers that mentally unstable abuse authority should be reprimanded. justice should be served.
