Strange didn't saw thanos winning 14 million times he saw 14 million times the snap of the finger by others or the use of the stones for bad intentions in that moment in titan where thanos was under full control of the team and iron man with Spiderman tried to get the glove strange could use anything to get the glove like his clones which he used but maybe that made millions of alternative scenarios where someone used the stones afterwards to conquer or kill anyone

Bro he didn’t win doctor strange viewed the possible outcomes and there was basically a 1 in 14,000,606 that they win and that was the only outcome where they won so they didn’t loose there was just loads of different scenarios they could of happen
