Why does it only work with Vietnamese? Too bad Apple doesn't just give that option. I tried to add with the Spanish and Filipino and VNI doesn't show up

Everyone, this works and one problem is when you want to speak to text. It will try to do it in Vietnamese. But if you long press on the microphone and go to dictation setting, you can choose for it to only do English, but you can still have the Vietnam keyboard with the numbers on top so you get the best of both worlds.

Worked for me! VMI was not there but got out and went back in in setting and it was there. Just need to hit the world ever time. Thanks!!
