people are always in awe of my planner boards. we are in GCC High, so we don't have loop, and because of that Planner has become the most valuable asset in my day to day. I have my own Planner space on a private team with just me for day to day task management, but also use it in shared teams with coworkers to assign and track deliverables. it's a powerhouse application! So slept on!

You should install the ToDo app so you can also have an entire nice dashboards and multiple ToDo and views and sharing and emails and you can also pin Teams messages into your planner and it will shortcut directly back to the message.

You seem like a beginner on Planner, go onto edge and access planner click the 3 dots at the top left and then more tools and then apps and install this site as an app, it install it’s as a seperate icon and program on your computer which you can access directly, you can use power automate to automatically assign tasks to certain people when you create a new task in a planner automatically set a due date and generate the checklist, yo can also make it prettier with its own wallpaper by clicking on the name of the plan cut the name of the plan out and type in a phrase such as pink and all the pink backgrounds wil appear then paste you plan name back when done.
