Solving unpaid problems is usually the most disappointing, in my opinion, because the founder would have been too sure that this would work.

Nope! I beg to differ, in tech, users are more important than revenue. VCs are surprisingly interested in users, most tech companies are just a front for data acquisition. A pre-revenue startup with 10k users can get acquired at way more than one with 1k paying users. Data sells more than the primary service. Think google, social media apps, meta! They build to capture data to sell to data brokers for millions of $$. Chasing revenue is the fastest way to die, already proven by what you are saying in your video.

That’s why fintech startups mostly survive because users pay without realizing they are paying instead of subscribing

For number 1, has anyone explored social entrepreneurship models where the government is the end purchaser of the business model, product, or service? Particularly in Africa, government is arguably the largest welfare provider and often addresses problems that individuals either cannot afford or have little incentive to pay for themselves. This creates an interesting model where a social enterprise can solve a public problem while the government, rather than the individual beneficiary, becomes the customer.
