🚨VENUS & SKY HAVE BEEN COOPED UP IN HERE 24/7 & THEY NEED OUT🚨 💔 I cannot stop thinking about these two girls. Venus & Sky were living outside before their owner was arrested, leaving a relative to surrender all 14 dogs (only 1 male is fixed) to the FULL Greenville, TX shelter. Now they spend their days confined to a tiny kennel with barely enough room to move around & sitting in their own waste. They didn’t ask to be born, choose their owner, or do anything to deserve ending up here where space is limited & their lives are on the line. Venus & Sky are both sweet, docile, & dog friendly. They are NOT housebroken because they were never given the opportunity to live inside. They are reportedly not good with cats or chickens, although 2 of their siblings who have already been rescued have done well with cats. These girls need someone willing to give them a chance. They’ve never had the life they deserve. They need to learn what a soft bed feels like, to sleep somewhere safe, what a walk, toys, & enrichment are, & how it feels to have someone care about them. They need patience, structure, training, proper vet care, & a family who sees them as COMPANIONS instead of livestock. They do NOT belong chained or living outside. They belong INSIDE with people who will love them. Four relatives have already made it out, but Venus & Sky are still waiting.
