If I had 6 weeks to noticeably change my body, I would NOT try to see how much weight I could lose in 6 weeks. I’d try to see how much progress I could make in 6 weeks. Here’s exactly what I’d focus on 1. I’d repeat the same workouts every week. Not because switching it up is bad but because I need enough exposure to the same movements to actually get better at them. You can’t progressively overload something you never repeat. 2. I’d make my sets harder not my workouts longer. If I’m doing 10 reps and could’ve done 10 more then adding another exercise isn’t necessarily the answer. I’d choose a weight where the last 2–3 reps require real effort while I can still maintain good form. 3. I’d stop using soreness + sweat as my scorecard. Neither tells me whether I’m building muscle. I’d track reps, weight, control and range of motion instead. 4. I’d eat enough protein but I’d spread it throughout my day. Instead of realizing at 8pm that I still need 80g 😭 I’d build 25–40g into each meal. 5. I’d keep my daily movement boring. No chasing 20k steps. No adding an hour on the StairMaster because I ate dessert. I’d aim for a realistic step range I can consistently repeat. 6. And I’d stop changing the plan every time my weight fluctuated. Six weeks is enough time to make progress but only if you actually give something long enough to WORK. The goal wouldn’t be to do as much as possible for 6 weeks. It would be to train with intention, fuel myself well, recover, and get a little better week after week. You do not need a harder plan. You need one you can actually progress. And if you don’t know how to build that yourself, that’s literally what I coach🤝 Click the link in my bio for 7 days of my dumbbell only strength program FREE.
