had to do this yesterday. went for an interview. I was sitting in the waiting area. lights started getting to me. told myself the sun is brighter and I was just outside. felt better after.

@user1234: I’m a 20-year-old girl, and I sometimes get sharp pains or electric-shock-like sensations on the left side of my chest, near my heart. Sometimes the pain is throughout my chest or in the middle of my chest, but it only lasts for a few seconds. I’ve had several heart tests done, including an echocardiogram, an ECG, a stress test, and a 24-hour Holter monitor. My cardiologist says that my heart is very healthy and that there’s nothing I should be worried about. She only recommended magnesium and told me that I should see a psychologist. But I’m still scared that there might be something wrong with my heart, like I could have a heart attack. 💀
