@stitchesbyhalle: Embroidery friends - what are we thinking about the PooLin machines?!?? My research for a multi needle machine continues 🕵🏻♀️ @PooLin Store #embroidery
I’ve been running a print and embroidery shop for over 20 years, and I’ve used all kinds of embroidery machines, from Melco to Brother.
After buying my first Poolin embroidery machine, I never looked back. I now have 10 Poolin units running in my shop. They’re easy to use, reliable, and we run them 10–15 hours a day with no problems.
Like any embroidery machine, the key is keeping up with regular maintenance. Take care of the machine, and it will take care of you.
After 20 years in the embroidery business and trying many different brands, Poolin has been a great investment for my shop.

I was in between a Smartstich and a Poolin EOM and decided on the Poolin! I’ve had it for a month now and love it. I know someone who has a SmartStich and they’ve had problems with it and the tech support isn’t great with it. Did lots of research, but the Poolin is easy to use and figure out! Also love the software included with the Poolin and can easily use it with my IPad!

I have one! I love it so much, I went from a prs100 and it’s very easy to learn, and they have sales on mighty hoops when you purchase. I have the EOM and I got a large 12x5 mighty hoops for right at 3000$. The shipping was very fast too!

Brother machines well worth the money if you have it. They are so much better than the cheaper machines.

I love my poolin eom!! Had mine up and running in a few hours! Compatible with Embrilliance, just save your designs as a dst! The poolin has SO many helpful videos for every question I’ve had so far about the machine. Fantastic on hats too!

I just got my EOX day before yesterday and set it up. I stared at it for a couple hours because it’s my first multi needle machine. Turned it on yesterday afternoon and looked at a few videos and have been beautifully stitching since last night. Not much sleep because I can’t stop. 😂❤️

I have a smart stitch and love it! No different than learning your current machine. Also it was cheapest to buy it through the website when you added shipping costs from other sellers!

I went with brother as there is a great local service shop. The thought of needing repair and not having any local options scares me.

I’d have been doing embroidery professionally for 28 years. These do not have threaders nor do they have thread charts that match any software. You have to program it all on the machine. Seems like a waste of time unless you are doing tons of the same item and you only have to do it once. The tension process is bad too. I have done tons of research on these. They are way too new to know how they will last. I would do it. I’m sticking with my Brother machines. I have one that is 18 years old that still runs like it s new.

I just got my EOX last week. I also have a Ricoma 10 needle. Honestly my EOX has been EASY to figure out and learn! If you have any questions feel free to reach out!

Went from babylock to bai. There is definitely a learning curve but truly if you know the basics… it’s more simple. Like there in no automatic needle threader. But I’ve had no complaints on mine yet!!!! Completely sold my BL due to wanting to maintain my own machine & not have to take in.

I have a 6 needle Babylock (basically same as brother) but I needed a second machine without a 12k price tag. I now prefer the poolin EOM to my Babylock. It stitches so much cleaner. It is a little slower and doesn’t have some of the convenience features. Babylock touch screen is also better quality. But I would still buy 5 EOMs to one babylock at 12k. Only had it 1 month so my opinion may change

The only thing I really haven’t liked is I feel like it’s hard to pick colors when there are a lot, on my SS I can easily see what I’m picking and the Poolin doesn’t look accurate. Idk if that makes sense lol
