My mom would tell everybody she breathes around the story for decades to come because she’s such a hero and needs everyone to know she was just that good of a mom. And then in private use it as a way to guilt me into everything because she saved my life and I owe her for the rest of my life 🤣

When I was being stabbed I saw my sister as a baby growing up in a flash to my funeral and then hers right after mine. I fought to make sure that didn’t happen. You really do see your life flash before your eyes. All I could think about is how it would ruin her life if I was gone and she didn’t get to say goodbye. I would much rather have a numb finger than to be left on the sidewalk.

As a woman with mommy issues, becoming a mother did two things. 1. It made me really sad to think any mother was capable of hurting their baby the way mine did; 2. heal my heart by being the mother i always wanted, and more. My 17yo daughter and I are sooo close, thats my baby! She healed so much pain in my heart. Hoping you get that too! But also choosing a partner who loves me and would never hurt me healed so much too!

when I gave birth I could feel everything. Every type of anesthesia failed and my body took a very big hit. I saw the white light and everything. My son is the reason I am here. I got very very angry and started arguing with death , screaming that I deserve to see my son. I deserve to see him get married and graduate. I’ve never fought anything even twice as hard as I fought that day.
