Those eggs didn’t have anything to do with Taiwan per say they make tea eggs, all over China is never been northern China. My wife and her sister makes tea eggs all the time we go to the the store and buy tea eggs they’re at all the restaurants. It would be nice if you stop trying to isolate where things are made just by putting a different name at the end.

Taiwans version ain’t bad, but not as flavorful as the original version from Zhejiang province in China. Less tea aroma.
