@nikkiscandalous: Every week I go into Svelte Medical Weight Loss Center and question what the scale is going to say. It’s scary, but that extra accountability is honestly something I needed. Last week was my best week so far and when she asked what I did differently… I literally had no answer.. Every week is going to look different. Some weeks I’ll feel the progress, some weeks I won’t.
