What these Patrick did it people aren't understanding is they aren't showing us in TV land all the evidence of that act for that exact reason. Which is why Lindsey agreed to the stipulations when they started. They wouldn't be showing any of it if they didn't have to to show her state of mind when it happened. Notice ppl who watched the whole trial like myself. we didn't see 80 witnesses and 300 PCs of evidence.

I’m so confused. If she killed the children how was her core temp so low? The kids had not been passed for that long. We cool patients to preserve brain function by reducing swelling but it’s definitely something that doesnt happen very quickly. No conspiracy theories just facts. I guess this is where I’m stumped. I think if people would answer these questions more would jump on board.

Not entirely what I’ve read. She pleaded not guilty since day 1. Reddington formally pursued a lack of criminal responsibility defense of not guilty by reason of insanity as the trial strategy because Massachusetts puts the burden on the prosecution to establish criminal responsibility. Instead of a traditional prison sentence, a successful insanity defense aims to place the defendant in a secure psychiatric hospital for medical care and rehabilitation

I think it’s a trial went on and things started to really unravel how poor the prosecution put it out there there was too many holes I think in the middle of the trial he started to think holy fuck I don’t think she did this

She doesn’t remember and if she is under some type of influence she does’t really know. I am going only by the evidence in the trial and they did not prove she killed the children in the trial evidence only put forth before the jury! Not guilty to me based on that.
