I can’t figure out my hands falling asleep. Happens every time and blood work comes back good. One time liver enzymes were high but fixed it. Other than that I have no clue why

Yessss. Buy a damn blood pressure machine. Check it when you just get back from the gym - it should be pretty perfect 120-130 over 80-85. Then check it when you’ve been sitting around for couple hours. If it’s drastically higher. Get to the dr and get some meds or take other precaution. It does NOT matter your age.

What about it being really low my highest was 164 over 99 I dropped it down a lot naturally more cardio better diet beer root the whole nine that ever said try it out but now I notice it being really low now ?

Just do blood work every 4-8 weeks depending on what he said. Seen an issue from last time? Fix it and test again in 4 weeks .

Unchecked blood pressure is most people’s demise. It’s not called the silent k**er for no reason. Hell, I’ve been on 200mg for almost 3 years and have been on a BP medication for most of that time. Plenty of guys running 4-5x plus that amount and don’t even own a cheap cuff off Amazon.

unusual shortness of breath will not show on bloodwork. take it from someone twos 22, had perfect bloodwork for 2 years, and in heart failure.
