But an L4-L5 herniated disc doesn’t automatically mean you need surgery. Understanding the causes, prevention, and treatment options can help you make informed decisions about your spine health. Have you been diagnosed with an L4-L5 herniated disc or nerve compression? What treatment actually helped you? #L4L5 #HerniatedDisc #Sciatica #LowerBackPain #SpineHealth

I pray that one day doctors can help heal our back issues. It's no joke in what we suffer through.

I was just diagnosed with this. They wanna give me shots and if that doesn’t work then they’re gonna do surgery. I’m 75. I don’t know if I wanna go through all that. What do you think? I also fighting a disease called gastroparesis with scar tissue on the top and the large intestinal track which I have very hard time in eating and severe pain constantly. I am on hydrocodone. I take it when needed, but sometimes the days are worse and I don’t wanna go for the rest of my life with this kind of pain so what do you think? Should I get the injections first is it painful while I have more pain? I’m tired of pain and I get severe panic attack attacks.

Surgery. Hate to say it. I went years trying everything before surgery. Do what your doctor tells you to do and heal after surgery. I have been good since the mid 90’s.
