every year I take my medical students lobster fishing out of Portland, its out of the lucky catch cruise line. you dont leave the bay, its a lot of fun!!

Definitely take the ferry boat from Winter Harbor to Bar Harbor. Its absolutely gorgeous.

Definitely the botanical gardens in Boothbay Harbor is nice and the trolls are cool. Also try McLoons for one of the best lobster rolls with great views too for a nice lunch

I’m from coastal Maine! Boothbay Harbor and the Botanical Gardens are the most amazing places nearby to get a coastal Maine experience! Additionally check out Damriscotta and Pemaquid Light house while nearby they’re some of my absolute favorites!

When in Portland for food try Scales and scenery Portland Headlight in Cape Elizabeth. If you have time do the Casco Bay Ferry tour.

Acadia is beautiful! If you have a chance stop by Sweet Pea's Cafe on Route 3. My cousin owns it. Its on a farm and winery.

Near Bar Harbor, you need to try @Momo’s Cheesecakes, Maine!!! Such a cute shop. I would say about 100 different flavors (single serving) to try. Best cheesecake ever!!!
