The room with a spa tub runs between five and six hundred a night. Have I paid that price? Yes I have. A handful of times. Is it worth it? That is questionable. It’s peak waterfront property. The spa tub in the room if you book it are state of the art. The Japanese toilet of spa tubs. The views are amazing. The access to restaurants, shopping and a movie theater are a plus. It’s like the SODO SOPA of Tacoma.

looks like a nice building and its a cool location. But I've looked up their rooms and the rates, not that impressive for 300 dollars a night.
