You are right. Recently retired after 43 years- 20 as RN; the rest NP. NOTHING has changed in 43 years as it relates to staffing. Salary however- somewhat improved. But salary relates to supply and demand. And it has nothing to do with a rally.

I disagree. I think rallies is a starting point where people can come together and also the nurses that are on the fence act to see how many people are behind them in unified and then from there to take the Action.

Well, all the rallies that we had that started off all our political drives for HPAE started off rally going back to the baby bill way back so respectfully I disagree
