Naryn in my style Today we’re making a traditional Uzbek dish — naryn. Everyone has their own way, but I’ll show you mine — with a rich fried onion flavor. Dough: 250 ml broth + 1 egg + flour — knead into a firm dough. Roll it thin and boil in meat broth. Let it cool very well. Fry onions until deep golden and slightly crispy. Layer the dough on a platter, brushing each layer with onion oil. Chill briefly. Then slice the dough and meat very thinly. Add a bit of cumin at the end. The taste is very refined thanks to the fried onions. Definitely try it!
