worst thing they ever did for Macon was put the Greyhound station at the Terminal. It creates a constant revolving door of bussed unhoused at our downtown center.

The same guy employed by the city to address homelessness in Macon was the same guy contracted to report the homeless population btw. Idk how trustworthy these numbers would be.

Rent regulations. No one should pay high prices for rent and the average pay is $15 or less. Slum lords should be fined and over pricing should be regulated.
