No need to be worried girly! I myself also have a heart murmur and I’ve ran 5 marathons. I was ALSO sent to get an echo and they checked everything and was told not to worry about running. Listen to your body and you should be fine ☺️wishing you all the luck on your Chicago marathon 🏃♀️✨

😂 typical. I would continue with your plans as if all this was never brought up. You’ve been ok after so many 🏃♀️runs. The new primary dr is actually a great one bcuz she wants to know the “status” and keep an eye on it. Focus on your 🏃♀️for now 🛑 thinking 💭 about the 🫀😉. It’s all in your mind ♥️👌🏻😉
