If the prosecution actually want to save taxpayer dollars they would come to an agreement if it’s a hung jury. Likely they won’t though. Makes me sad for this to all have to be put out there again. So much lost in this case for so many.

What frustrates me is that all this makes clear is that it’s not all based on the evidence. I know that we can’t omit our feelings, but the jury being hung, to me means that some are not basing their decision on the evidence presented and I hate that.
