Well I work at Ithaca goodwill and my to bosses are sleeping together and the whole store has signed a invisible contract to never speak about it cause we all know there sleeping together but we never speak about it and it’s obvious and they bring the bs to work!! Ya gotta love it needless to say I’m on my way out!!

It boils down to you get what you pay for. The company doesn’t want to pay higher salaries to retain top talent, yet managers are forced to hire whomever takes the offer and that’s when all hell breaks lose. I’m sick of this pattern!
