ya'll know how hard when fought so our emotions couldn't be used against us?? they were putting women in asylums and electrocuting them just bc they would talk back to their husbands. if she gets off it will set women all the way back.

This case is revealing how piss poor investigative work can really damage a case. regardless of how this goes there were def some errors on their part which led the jury to be so stuck deliberating. The state did a terrible job.

I don't think the prosecution has made the case that Lindsey even did it. I'm of the mind that the evidence is ambiguous at best and no effort was put in by police to investigate.

My main takeaway from the time I was on a jury is that most people are not smart enough to be objective or fully understand and consider the evidence. They base their decisions on their assumptions, beliefs and prejudices. I think that's what the prosecution was counting on when they brought religion and sins into it.

Help me understand! What physical evidence do they have to convict Lindsey Clancy. Besides what Patrick said. Where’s the recording of the confession? Where are the finger prints? I don’t understand how she is even on trial. Someone is guilty and the system aka investigators did NOTHING to find the person responsible!
