As a mother when I first heard media reports about the case I said, lock her up. But…Then I began to watch the trial with the actual FACTS. I now absolutely do NOT believe she did it. The entire case was strictly based on what Patrick said. Point blank, period 🔥

Additionally, Redington did something very smart. He asked for a mistrial on day 10. The defense declined it. There is precedence when this happens. He was very, very smart to throw that in.

Most of us- if not ALL of us- went in thinking she was 100% guilty. & now a huge majority of us (after watching the trial) don’t think she did it at all… & why does it seem like Patrick the lead investigator on this?

Patrick already had his New York City apartment that he currently lives in with his then mistress, now wife in December 2022 so he probably didn’t stay in the house at all after he framed Lyndsay for this crime

I think Red knew a mistrial was a huge possibility, and he made damn sure he got everyone’s testimony on the record and under oath in case there’s a second trial. Now they’re locked into what they said the first time 🤭
