My baby is never truly “full” after breastfeeding and it makes it hard to put her down for a nap unless she’s given extra formula or nursed to sleep. Is that normal? Or does it mean she’s not getting enough from the breast?

I’m currently supplying exactly what he needs but I am exhausted and sometimes just want a break from pumping or nursing. Even if once a day but I am paranoid my supply will suffer or something. I just want the ability to choose every once in a while to skip.

Do you have any recommendations on how to loose some of the pregnancy weight while breastfeeding. I started trying and it feels like it really affected my milk production.

im triple feeding trying to up my supply but only get .5 oz each pump. pumping every 2.5 hours. I breast fed my first til 4 years old so I know my body can do it. I dont know what is going on

How do I STOP combo feeding!? The lactation consultant at the hospital had me giving my son 30ml of formula after every feed. I didnt know how to stop... an now 6 months in I don't have the supply to stop the formula but I want to. He takes 4oz of formula 2-3 times a day now with breastmilk in-between.

When I nurse, my baby gets enough. But when I pump, I can never get as much as she’s getting when she nurses. I just went back to work and now I feel like I need to combo feed because I’m just not pumping enough for her to have bottles at daycare, but I still want to be able to nurse when she’s with me

I breast feed mainly and we only do a bottle or two max per day ❤️mostly just at night or early morning to make bedtime and getting up easier as I have a school age who does not like to wake up

Makes me feel a lot better. My milk took much longer to come in with my newborn than with my past pregnancies and I knew he was not getting enough so I decided to do a top off of formula and he slept so well. Of course my milk came in the next day lol

I have to put my baby on a “boob ban” several times in the day because he’s hungry, latches then rips off over and over and over. My nipples have so much trauma. Then he goes to a bottle, does the same but at least I’m not being traumatised. Then he’ll suddenly settle and go back on the boob and drink normally. I have no idea how to fix this. Because he’s ripping constantly every additional latch is excruciating until I get a boob break. I can’t wear a bra or anything after a ripping session because of pain until it calms down

Can you make a video on feeding while baby is asleep/ dream feeding? I’ve tried to find one on your page but can’t. Do you recommend or not recommend? We co sleep, I feed my 2 month old around 12 and 5 while she’s not fully awake and she sleeps peacefully and has been so much easier on me. Some consultants don’t recommend though:/

I have a one week old and she’s strictly only breastfeeding. She’s started to continuously cough/choke while feeding I take her off, burp her and let her sit up straight for about 5 minutes then we go back to feeding if she’s hungry but we have to stop for this reason at least 4-5 times. Is that normal? She also started to spit up, and started gagging but nothing is coming up. I feel like that isn’t normal..?? Could you help please?

I started combo feeding supplementing with one bottle a day, it grew out of control so quickly and baby started preferring the bottle so I spent two weeks pumping whenever he only wanted a bottle and building my supply back up and now we are on day three back on ebf… not for the faint hearted but I’m so proud for sticking it out
