Shadow work is a bit difficult to understand. for me at least. I have tried it and felt like it wasn't really changing much. but maybe it was. I'm the type of person who thinks everything is in my head. like maybe this is just a placebo effect happening. I think it's working so that's why it seems like it is but it's not actually real. maybe that's what I should do shadow work on 🤔

I will say, as a nurse, I absolutely went through what I would classify psychosis during my awakening. I am NOT a psych nurse but now I question my entire psych rotation in nursing school….

I lost my job in March of ‘25 it was a nightmare however now I have never been more thankful for that. I knew I never fit in the “system” something was always off. I have found myself bc it gave me time to find my true self 😊

A spiritual awakening sadly isn’t a choice. It, to me, just happens. Maybe there are types of people but so far I have seen no in this 3rd dimension connection.

Congratulations on your sobriety & connecting back with yourself! I am in the process of doing the proper wean off of my prescribed antidepressants since I was 12 and it’s hell at 29. This is coming from someone with ptsd, anxiety, depression, insomnia, non stop lucid dreaming in night terrors. Any advice honestly for me?

Whats going on with the podcast? The only episodes you released were about battling addiction… which I like for another podcast with another theme but I thought beyond the woo was going to be more in depth,researched versions of rapid fire…. Please do more “rapid fire things I believe other ppl think im crazy (ig i wanted a podcast on sobriety i would look on health and not with conspiracies

I went through psychosis in 2021. I had my spiritual awakening during it. I was going through a really hard time. My mom is a narcissist who verbally and physically abused me. Everyone that I loved used me. So when I went through psychosis it was the first time I felt my spirit. She told me I had all the knowledge within me. She made me realize that I needed to prioritize myself. I never felt so alive in my life. I was later diagnosed with Bipolar. And once that feeling was gone I have been chasing my spirit ever since. For the last 5 years of dealing with addiction, psychosis, depression and mania I can finally feel my spirit again. She is still heart broken, but she finally wants to live. Ive been 4 months sober and I am excited to see what my spirit has planned for me.

I love listening to you! I attended AA meetings, some were ok but most I could not connect with. My wish was to be with a group of people speaking just like you. I am happy for you and I am happy for me. Keep sharing.
