they should never schedule a flight directly midnight to idiot proof it. 00:01 or 12:01am is clearer to me than 00:00 or 12am imo

This must be very common 😂 a friend had a medical appointment at midnight and the staff told her at least 5 times she should go the night of the day before just to make sure

It's airline's fault for sure. They could board at 23:59 or at 00:01 and there wouldn't be any confusion!

My mom had a flight at 12:05 pm she arrived that day at the morning an they told her the flight was at midnight not midday 😐 that was clearly the airlines fault for confusing am with pm but they blamed my mom and didn’t gave her a refund

Honestly, at work we schedule midnight and midday calls for 12:05 or 12:01 to avoid this issue.
