Always skeptical of these videos!! Honestly my hair has always been thin for years until I started using maple holistic biotin shampoo and conditioner (I like the rosemary citrus) anyways $50 bucks on amazon get you the large set and last me all by 2months of the year.. I’m not paid to say that and I’m about to reorder more myself. Get you some.
