Let's math this real quick. 2M in sales at 30 percent food cost is 1.4M GR staff of 5 paid 65k/year makes 1M rent is 400k per year so 600k utilities are probably 20k so 350k then soft costs, WSIB, insurance, accounting, payroll software, fees...I'd be shocked if the place made 200k per year profit

If this is true why are they selling it? 34x12 is 408k so in a year youre at 1.2m profit. Thats a 3x on investment. If it sounds too good to be true... buy it?
